The location of this hotel was fantastic. It was very near the sanctuary, just in front of it. Being so close to the church made it convenient for visiting. the staff at the hotel were very pleasant and helpful.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel in Lourdes. the prices were reasonable and the value for money was excellent. Secondly, the location was perfect, as it was close to the church and the main shrine. We were able to witness the Maria procession from our room, which was a remarkable experience. Additionally, the staff was incredibly helpful and attentive, going above and beyond to assist us with our needs. Lastly, the rooms were equipped with basic amenities and offered a beautiful view.
All aspects of our stay were satisfactory.

The location of the hotel is absolutely perfect, being just a stone's throw away from the sanctuary. It's so convenient to have everything within walking distance, making it easy to explore the area. The rooms are tidy and comfortable, providing a cozy space to relax after a long day of sightseeing. The staff is incredibly helpful and friendly, always ready to assist with any questions or concerns. the nearby restaurants and cafes offer a wide range of options for breakfast, saving you money compared to having breakfast at the hotel.
It would have been nice to have tea and coffee facilities in the room.

Exceptional staff who go above and beyond to help guests. They assisted with directions and even provided medication for a toothache. The hotel's location is excellent, with a view of the main square and easy access to the Sanctuary. Rooms are clean, with comfortable amenities. Additionally, the hotel offers wheelchair accessibility and affordable parking options.

The location of the hotel was ideal for visiting the main attraction in the area, the Shrine. I had a small balcony that overlooked the entrance to the grotto, providing a lovely view. The bed in my room was very comfortable and the room itself was quite spacious. The breakfast served in the morning was a simple continental spread, but it provided a good start to the day. The staff at the hotel were friendly and helpful, especially when I arrived late at night due to transportation delays.
